Seeing how Alexandria, Virginia LOVES dogs (hey, there is a weekly Doggie Happy Hour and Artfully Chocolate hosts a monthly ‘Yappy Hour’ in Carlyle), thought I’d post this today. The Alexandria Animal Shelter is a great place to adopt a dog if you have ever thought about doing so.
