Parents! Starting tomorrow Aug. 3, 2012 and running through Sunday, August 5, 2012, certain school supplies, clothing, and footwear is exempt from Virginia’s 5% sales tax. Please note, the exemption only applies to school supplies priced $20 or less and clothing and shoes priced $100 or less.
